The commercial characteristics of the partnership
The fixed and guaranteed price of active electricity: 2,850.00 lei/MWh
Contractual period: 12 contractual months starting on a date between 14.03.2022–30.06.2022 and respecting the legal provisions in force
Period of application of the offer: 12 contractual months from the date of start of supply, maximum until 31.08.2023
The total contract price will also include the tariffs and fees regulated by ANRE (transport tariffs, distribution tariffs, green certificates, contribution for high efficiency cogeneration and excise) – see Annex 1
Payment term: 30 calendar days from the date of issuing the invoice, which will be made in the first 10 working days of the month following the month of consumption, with the possibility of sending the invoice electronically.
The contract may be extended / terminated unilaterally, with prior written notice to the supplier / consumer at least 21 calendar days before the termination date.
