ROMUK ENERGY S.R.L. , natural gas supplier (EIC code: 30XROROMUKENERGW), proposes the conclusion of a contract for the supply of natural gas on the competitive market, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on electricity and natural gas no. 123/2017, as detailed below:

Natural gas supply offer (electronic invoice)

• The offer is valid until 30.06.2022 for natural gazelles provided the date of entry into force of the contract until 30.05.2023:

• Prices do not include VAT;
• The basic price of natural gas remains constant, regardless of the forecasted consumption;
• The contractual price may undergo changes in the situation where the regulated tariffs are modified by ANRE orders / decisions;
• Contract duration: until 30.05.2023.

Natural gas billing. Terms and conditions of payment

• The consumption invoice will be issued monthly, in the month following the delivery one – calculated based on the reading of the measuring equipment (or the readings estimated or read by the final customer). The due date is 10 days from the date of issue of the invoice.

Warranty required

• The value of a contract month.
