Here are the steps you need to take to change your electricity or gas supplier to eligible consumers:

Step 1

Step 2

Complete the Energy Questionnaire electricity – see model – or / and natural gas – see model – .

Our specialists can help you complete it, if you encounter difficulties with it.

Step 3

Negotiation, approval Supply contract electricity (see draft) or natural gas (see draft)

Step 4

Transmission to us of all Technical Connection Approvals (ATR) for each consumption point and monthly consumption forecasts for each consumption point. (If consumers are not in possession of ATRs, we can provide them with an application form and an email address to send to after completing it).

Step 5

Notification of the former supplier (see model) at least 21 days before the entry into force of the new supply contract.

- IT WOULD BE INDICATED 30 DAYS BEFORE TO HAVE THE NECESSARY TIME TO MAKE POSSIBLE PAYMENTS ALREADY DUE TO THE FORMER SUPPLIER.

Step 6

ROMUK ENERGY S.R.L. registers the contract with the competent authorities, at which point the actual development of the new contract begins.
